WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Limited Warranty offered covers defects in material or workmanship only.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What is covered?
Warranty is valid for products against defects in material or workmanship as follows: replacement at no charge the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. This does not include postage.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify Easy Kegging. We will give you instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging. When we receive the product and the conditions of this returns policy have been met, we will give you a full refund or a free replacement. This does not include shipping and handling fees. Returns are to be made at the cost of the returner. Refunds will be applied to the same account that you paid us from. If we consider that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective or item misuse), we will not provide you with a refund or replacement and we will return your product to you.
We reserve the right to limit the number of times that we will accept returns from you. If we think that our products or services just won’t suit you, we will complete your latest return and advise you that you should look for an alternative service.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover?
Our warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
C. Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, storms, lightning or similar.
D. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting in improper care during transportation.
This limited warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
How to File a Claim for Kegerator?
Warranty claims are to be made in compliance with all terms of controlling warranty statement included with the product and proper return
procedure is followed. Kegerator’s have a 6 month warranty.
To request warranty service, you will need to provide:
1. The serial number of the fridge.
2. A description of the problem, including photos or video if possible.
3. Fridge needs to be returned at returners cost to Easy Kegging before replacement will be issued, covered by the original warranty date only, or
4. If repairable, the same fridge will be returned, under original warranty date.
To protect your investment, we recommend the use of a surge protector, as warranty does not cover electrical storm interference as stated above.
You can find our product prices on our website. We will update them from time to time. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Postage and Handling:
You can find our delivery prices on our website, or for larger items, we will give you a quote. Costs will be updated from time to time.
You must enter your preferred delivery address at the time you order. If you enter the wrong address, we take no responsibility for incorrect details being supplied to us upon purchase. When something is out of stock: We will tell you when we expect to be able to deliver your order. While we cannot guarantee the delivery dates advised by our suppliers, we will keep you up to date on progress. If time frame is too long, please notify us to arrange a full refund of your order.
